The process
Four steps to joining Willow Creek
Families applying for any grade from PreK through 12 follow the same simple path.

Submit an inquiry form
Families begin by sharing a little about their child and the grade they are considering.

Attend a tour or virtual open house
See classrooms, meet the community, and get a feel for daily life at Willow Creek.

Complete the application
The application includes teacher recommendations and recent transcripts.

Student visit day and family conversation
Your child spends time on campus while your family talks with the admissions team.

Applications completed by January 15 receive priority review. After decisions are released in early March, we continue to review applications on a rolling basis as space allows.

Need-based aid
About 35% of Willow Creek families receive need-based financial assistance. Families submit the aid application alongside the admissions application.
Reviewed confidentially
Financial aid applications are reviewed confidentially, so families can focus on finding the right school.
Exact tuition amounts have not been established for this demonstration. Because Willow Creek is fictional, there are no real forms to submit and no payments are accepted.
